| 3. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? |

If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, you can easily get a new one. All you need are your exact GO LOCAL ID and the birthday you gave when you registered for the account. Fill out the Password Request Form and a new password will be assigned to you.
